What does it mean to be Kind

Kindness.
An outward exemplification of positive expression, in thought or deed.
It can be realized for the benefit of the receiver, fulfillment of the giver, or both.
It can begin anywhere.

We mostly associate the act of being kind to others when we have a sudden urgency or awareness to show compassion, empathy, sympathy for someone or something.  There can be a deep feeling inside of us as individuals, which can bring about a sense of caring from within ourselves,  It can be a quick compulsion or a thought-provoking step-by-step process.  Kindness can come and go quickly, or it can stay forever.  The feeling of kindness can manifest itself first in thought and second in deed.  t is a good feeling to be kind to others or things.  It is an outward expression of caring for someone or something.  It is a virtue instilled in each one of us.

It means to express compassion.

 

It means to manifest caring.

 

It means to express goodness.

 

It means to show acceptance.

 

It means positive awareness.

We all interepret the word 'kind' or 'kindness' differently.  Here, we are talking about the word 'kind' as an adjective - an adjective to describe a noun in the context of thoughtfulness, to be generous, and without malice.  There are many ways to be kind.  There are many thoughts that are kind.  There are many feelings which are kind.  There are many actions we can perform for ourselves and otheres that are kind.  It is up to each person to make a conscious decision to thinking or active kind.  History has proven time and again, being kind to yourself and others is healthy, it is desired, and it is necessary for positive relationships.
